I'm pretty sure I don't have to actually eat a live turkey to know that it's 
an endeavor I don't want to engage in, much less become good at doing.  Do you 
agree, Katie, or will you be trying to eat a live turkey soon to make sure 
you don't want to do it on a regular basis?
