I use MPEG4 for the video stream and MPEG3 for the audio, combined total of
512Kb/sec with 128 dedicated to stereo audio I think. Even though I package it
in the WMV format, I don't actually use the Windows Video codecs because while
they do give maybe slightly better quality, they also eat up substantially more
CPU time during playback which will be an issue for some older PCs.
