RE: Enter the Tour!

        The Tour uses National classes (plus OSP) and National rules. One
of those rules is the one that doesn't allow passengers. Those of you who
have been utilizing passenger rides to learn the fast way around--there are
at least two of you--are warned you cannot do that at the Tour event in
Atwater or Nationals, etc.
