A couple more items to cover before the school on
Saturday.
1) Yes, we run rain or shine!! If it's raining,
we'll just treat each exercise as though you are
running "off line" at Golden Gate Fields...though you
might still have more grip in the wet. =)
2) Anyone with a Vegan requirment for lunch needs to
