I would see that as a good thing, I wouldn't want just anybody to be able to
tow my car with out my permission.
Might have been inconvenient for us, but there should be some protections in
place to discourage wrongful use of towing. Don't like your neighbor? Tow
his car to the next county and leave it! <grin>
