It could also be the extremely low tire pressures you run, James. You load the
tire to well over 1 G of acceleration, and it has only 24 PSI in it . . .

James, Are you sure the tires rotated on the rims? Or, did you flat spot
the tires? Because of locking up the brakes or spinning the car? Maybe, a
weight feel off. I would be very surprised if the tire moved on the rim.
