Car pulls to the left when driving. Has never done this before, was fine
in the morning, parked for about 3 hours, was doing it when I started it
up and drove away. Was not hit by anything, nor was it tampered with."

Many cars have an alignment to handle high crowned roads. It was once the
standard way to line up a car. With the advent of Level freeway surfaces, a
car aligned in this manner will pull to the left.
Are the road way surfaces upon which you drive High crowned (for water
runoff and normal for most city streets) or level (almost) as in freeways?
The high crown on many streets forces a car to veer right. That's
why the alignment to adjust for that.
