i drove my rx7 around with 1.5 *inches* of toe-out (after an adjustment with
a hill at thunderhill) for a while, and didnt even notice it.  autocrossed
it too.

I'm pretty sure the alignment is in spec. Of the options you list, looks
like toe-in is what I need to adjust.

So now it's: (a) more front toe-in to reduce twichy steering. (b) more
rear toe-in to reduce power oversteer.
