Suppose you start decelerating when your nose or stomach (whichever sticks out
furthest) first touches the ground. Then I guess the rest of your body would
travel about 1 foot of distance before becoming a damp spot on the pavement.
Assuming 120 MPH is terminal velocity and you come to a stop in 1 foot, it's
about 4,800 G of acceleration. Man, that's a lot of power being delivered to
the sidewalk. I bet it would make a hole in solid concrete.
