Well, Navid,
There is an advantage, and it goes to the "nice".
Jerks and crabby people won't get as many
opportunities to ride, nor will the non-sociable
have the guts to ask for rides. This was
all part of the SC discussion on the rule.
But given that any rule gives someone an advantage,
this is a good and unusual group to favor ; -)
