Since we don't have a gag approach, I can't see the sense
in discussing it. I believe that all autox incident reports
are made available to all Safety Stewards. Given that SFR
holds open monthly meetings, why don't you come by
and ask what has been discovered? So far, I have seen NO
confirmed information to share with you.
