I made my numbers and letters by cutting them out of vinyl-coated
magnetic sheet. I've been told that TAP Plastics has some, although I
got mine by mail order.
The change is effective January 1, 2002. Switching mid-season would
just screw everyone up, because cars are being shuffled around -- it's
not just an arbitrary re-lettering of classes!
