In the old "Council" days there was a rule that said cars must run with
their side windows close (if they had windows). In that era, it only
took one VW Bug rolling to bring that rule into existence. It might be a
good addition to our 01 Supps. And something else to police, which is a
pain. Maybe just commonsense should prevail.
