But what was left out was the three-wheel 'cycles which require a
"monkey" as a passenger. With a "monkey" on the three wheelers, we can
fulfill the need for those who want to carry passengers in order for said
passenger to get a sneak preview of the course at speed. This is greatly
needed at San Francisco Region Solo II events in order to make our entry
list even larger. Here is an opportunity overlooked in the original
proposal. And doesn't Solo II mean two (2) people on a solo ride?
