There was no wording proposed, through which holes could not be shot. I was
on every STAC call and on or at every SEB meeting where the subject was
discussed. The concept of not allowing UB/BD was out in ST community before
several
cars capitalizing on it were built, by the way. It was discussed at length,
with numerous types of chassis considered.
