New Tires delivered in rain

So,
after a year of saving my pennies while getting beat regularly by those
running "real racing tahrs," I finally ordered a set of the above from
TireRack on Friday.
Wouldn't you know it, they were delivered today, left on the front porch,
what service!
Here's my problem: It has been raining all day, the tires are soaked, and
THEY'RE NOT RAIN TIRES!
Months of pennies wasted!
