What other venues?
And Morgan Owners Club events don't count. They are not classing cars, they
are classing Morgans.
While most 3-wheel "cars" seem to be cars because they have steering wheels
and two side-by-side seats (the old front-door Isetta also) instead of
handlebars and front/back seats, they are still usually licensed as
motorcycles.
On the related subject: no, karts are not cars either, BUT the Solo II
rules specifically provide for them. IF the Solo II rules specifically
provided for the T-Rex, the Morgan 3-wheeler or the Isetta, then they would
be legal.
