Just on the Solo II part.
1. This, as someone said, virtually impossible to police, but it is one of
those rules you have in the book anyway because it gives you teeth when
blatant abuse happens. Actually, the mere presence of the rule tends to
curtail blatant abuse.
2. Not sure how necessary this is. I suspect they are somewhat overrated,
but as someone said they are cheap and easily available. I don't have them
just because I don't want the hassle of dealing with them.
3. I think this one is excellent. It should not be difficult to administer
and equalizes the 2-driver car more on a par with the 1-driver car.
