The Houston Police academy is brushed concrete
as well. It's hard on tires as well. I've seen people
lock Hoosiers and take them to cord on their FIRST RUN.
It's also quite grippy (0.2-0.25 more lateral g's of grip than
the Ft Worth Tour surface).
