I think one factor people seem to ignore when it comes to tire wear, is how
the person drives. Since we have been running at El Toro this year (brushed
concrete) where people are now paranoid about tire wear, watching and
talking with many drivers, the key seems to be driving style. Those with
smooth. controlled styles seem to get much more wear than those with overly
agressive, sliding sideways, tire spinning styles.
