Divisional Run Groups

As co-chair of an upcoming NorPac Divisional, I'd like to hear from those 
affected (specifically, women and couples) by the run groups for Ladies 
classes.

Do you prefer running the Ladies class at the same time as it's respective 
Open 
class, or in a different group?  We will probably have 4 or 5 run groups.
