I took this to mean that pro Formula Atlantic either does not exist or no
longer uses standing starts.
I guess that's the problem with reading between the lines. Different people
can read different things between the lines. I guess Mdmotorsprt@aol.com
should have written one more sentence to make the meaning perfectly clear.
