Hey, if you don't like the neighborhood, nobody's stopping you
from picking up your cardboard box and moving it down the street. :-)

Now, if anyone here with half a business sense would replace
"speed shops" and "tire stores" wherever "houses" appeared
in the original plan, you'd have the plans for the ArthurWorld
autocross theme park that I posted last year.  I'm telling you,
the revenue generated from renting out a strip of related
shops on the site would cover all the bills.  Who in their
right mind would pass up the exclusive tire franchise in a
facility like this???  It even comes with a weekday test
track.....
