O Canada! was proclaimed Canada's national anthem in 1980, 100 years after
it was first composed by Calixa Lavallée. I couldn't find any references to
sheep in my research, but apparently, the English version includes changes
made in 1968 by a Special Joints Committee, perhaps to clean up the
language? The French lyrics remain unaltered.

The official lyrics to O Canada! are:

O Canada!
Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.
With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!

>From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

It is approximately 1 minute and 23 seconds long.
