| Wouldn't it make more sense to adopt a height requirement? Just like they do at any amusement park? The trick would be determining the appropriate height to use for a wide variety of vehicles. Not sure what that height would be, but it makes a lot more sense than age. Doesn't the government state a minimum height/weight for front seat passengers in an airbag equipped vehicle?
