So if DM Open being threatened with probation resulted in drivers being
recruited by other drivers in that class, imagine what would happen if
those 27 under-subscribed Ladies classes were in that position.
How many of those Ladies Class drivers would be bringing their mother,
daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, co-worker, friend, boss or other to
make sure *their* Ladies class had the required number of entrants?
Isn't that the goal, encouraging more women to drive?
If not enough HSPL entrants can be found and it goes away, then those
women can enter GSPL. No one would protest that, after all, these aren't
nasty, mean, cutthroat competitors, right?
