Wasn't it the Sukuki Samurai, not the Wrangler? (The lawsuit Sukuki
filed against Consumer Reports is still pending, BTW.)

I forgot about the Samaurai, but, yes they went after the Wrangler also.
Right after that episode Wranglers got about 5-6 inches wider thanks to
wider axles and more wheel offset. This was the "fix" to keep them
from rolling as often. Of course, it also made them less capable off road!
