I can understand the need/desire for Ladies classes at
the local/regional level. An option would be to offer
one paxed Ladies class, or one paxed Stock Ladies and
one paxed SP/P/M Ladies class (like Pro Solo uses).
This would be a competitive alternative to either
requiring women to run Open, or having as many Ladies
classes as there are women at the event.
At a recent local event, there were eight women running
in seven Ladies classes.
