Lets not forget every chamber fires once per revolution not every other
revolution like a 4 stroke piston engine
 So in reality it is like 654cc X 12 that's 7848cc regardless of turbo
charging that is one inefficient motor only putting out
250hp from almost 8 liters.

Well, that's interesting math...  Shouldn't a 13B really be considered a
3900cc motor, after all there are 3 chambers per rotor...  654cc X 6
chambers
= 3924cc, then X 1.4 for turbocharging = 5494cc.  In a 2800 lb car...
