Sorry. The "bet" rhetoric was, well, rhetorical. The fact is that you made
a statement of fact to support your position on classing. I don't think
that your statement of fact is in fact, factual. I don't think that a
novice with three events in a Neon is likely to beat an experienced
autocrosser with three years seat time in a same-class Fiero. Just don't
believe it. So I challenged it.
There are probably tons of poorly-classed cars. But I don't think making
this kind of statement is the way to prove it.
