I think the current hardtop Vette has REAL potential in SS. At 3050 lbs, the
car is well over 150 lbs lighter than I thought it was going to be. 345hp and
huge wheels make for a real sweet car. The Z06 could be the one without
development....

Unfortunately I can't talk about the car in much detail since it has not
been released yet (although you can order one from the dealer!), but I have
driven a Z06 (I work with Corvettes for GM), and all I can say is WOW! The
fastest car I have ever driven. I only got to try a straight line though.
Wish I could afford one...
