Ok, after roaring (safely) around the neighborhood on my new race wheels, I
encountered a problem that I thought I would probably face. Due to their
width, my race wheels hit the wheel well under hard cornering. However,
this is with stock struts. Will aftermarket struts solve this problem
completely or will I need to install a front swaybar as well? Is body roll
significantly reduced with high performance struts? I know that it is
reduced somewhat, but I was wondering how much. I already have aftermarket
springs, and I would prefer not to go with higher spring rates, especially
up front. I have also considered adding to the bump stops, but I'm a little
worried what hitting a bump stop in mid corner might feel like. Thanx
again. And a big THANK YOU to everyone who has been so helpful with regards
to my shock comparison question last night.
