I would have to agree, I know that if I was to pay someone to build my ASP
911 it would quite possibly be in the $100,000 range, but I and many other
people take the hours needed to build and develop their own cars (and of
course, I am lucky to have a friend like Greg Fordahl to help me), I'm sure
if Craig had built the RX-7 from hell for a customer and charged for all the
time in R&D, it would be close to that as well, some people don't have the
time or tools or know how to do it for themselves, but can afford to have it
done, is that wrong?? should they be told they cant come and play because
they have money?? I don't get this whole class by cash idea, its just B.S.
Also, as far as the RSR dominating AP, that's not so true if you look at
the times in class, most of the cars didn't even beat the SP times, and Greg
wouldn't have been much if any slower in a "normal" AP car.
