In Arizona this is called (among many other things) "Market Adjusted
Value".  I did pay this once on a new Caravan when they first came out,
never again.

FWIW, the local Bell Honda dealer here sold us our new (at that time)
CRV when they first came out at sticker. Think I'll go back there for
any other cars?  You bet.
