I wonder how long CART or NHRA or Formula 1 or any sanctioning
body for Motorsports Racing would stay in existence by not letting
the sponsorship money or advertising money or whatever outside
revenue coming in at least make it a breakeven endeavor. We must
ask the question of why SCCA as a sanctioning organization for
Pro Racing is losing money. Is it because they have the Amateur
organizations feeding in money that they can make irresponsible
financial decisions? Could be.
