Well, what about intercoolers, then? They're every bit as much a
part of the engine as the turbo, yet they're free in SP. Ditto
headers. I see nothing in the new wording that will change that,
unless the allowance is to be deleted and we haven't been
informed of the deletion yet.

I still say the wording needs to be made clearer.
