I have an older Holley 4 barrel that is leaking out of the secondary bowl. Someone rebuilt it and it is still leaking out of the secondary. Leaks on the throttle linkage side right under where the silver tube passes between the bowls. Little hole there. Is this an overflow and the float is stuck? Any and all help appreciated. Thanks!
