RE:Nitrous plumbing

Hi all
        Suppose someone had a car used for both autox and drag racing, and 
wanted to have more fun drag racing, but wanted to stay in their current 
class in autox.  What does everyone think about having a nitrous system run 
in a car, but not active during autox (no bottle in the car, system not 
armed, etc...).  Would this force them to change their class, or is this 
acceptable????
