Thanks!  there's a page there that has the status of cut-off swtich
availability for all the cars...

For example it says the cut-off switch for the 1990-1995 RX-7 has been
available since Dec '98.  And the Z3 is "TBD", which explains why the
BMW salesman couldn't say they have it.
