My experience has been the same - Harbor Freight good, Northern Hydraulics
totally incompetent. Shipped me two sets of wheels for the trailer & no
frame. Clueless on the customer service line as to how to resolve. Shipped
me ANOTHER set of wheels before I sent everything back.
