You can get the same trailers from HarborFreight Tools
(www.harborfreight.com), and they have free shipping for orders over $50.
However, they're basically the same as Northern. Really cheap stuff and
you pay the price with customer service.
I tend to use both of these places when:
a) its a tool or something I won't use frequently (and thus don't care as
much about quality)
b) its an otherwise fairly expensive thing
c) I have enough time to deal with screwups on the order.
When any one of those doesn't apply, I try to go elsewhere.
