Comparsion of G-Force to Hoosiers. A good friend of mine ordered some
Hoosiers
today. He reported to me his testing of G-Forces last year. They found
that the
G-Force tires were about 2 seconds slower on a 2 - 2.5 mile track. They
used a
world challenge porsche for the testing.

There conclusions the Hoosiers are much faster on a light car with a
good race suspension. The BFG's were better on the heavier higher
horsepower cars only because they did not loose as much performance as
the Hoosier's over the hour
race.

On the lighter cars the Hoosier did not fall off in performance like on
the heavier cars, and was faster through out the race.

He said that the BFG seemed to work better on Show room stock cars and
cars with stock suspension.

So for autocross and stock cars the BFG is a much better comparison to
the Hoosier. It seems the G-Force is wearing fast for some people, but I
am sure there are som die hard BFG fans out there that will counter that
idea. Like Byron or Goeke.

He stated that BFG was concerned and wanted a faster tire but were
locked in with
committments not to change the tire in middle of a season.

Main problem is the tire is to heavy and stiff the sidewall, for light
cars with a good race type suspension.

For Sale two 275/40R17 and two 315/35R17 G-Force with one heat cycle on
them, just to scrub them in. $535.00 for the set FOB Kansas. Also Two
225/45R17 and two 255/40R17 G-Force Sticker Tires. $535.00 FOB Kansas.

Let me know if interested
