While certainly not Alpine specific, Painless Wiring makes a bunch of different first class wiring harnesses with the fuse block wired in. I just used one (made for a "T Bucket") for my ThunderPine project. They are geared toward a GM steering column, so you'd still be faced with figuring out the column wiring though.
