Andy,
Is the slave pushing the clutch release arm enough? If so, Then I would
say it working.
If not, maybe give me a rundown on how you rebuilt the cylinders.
On bleeding, I have found that once I receive a force on the pedal
(while pumping it) the pedal force seems it increase & increase like
it's bleeding itself automatically. It's hard to explain the process,
but once you feel pressure it will get better & better. If your pedal
hardness disappears after a rest, then something is not set-up correctly.
