I don't see as how it could be in tip-top condition after so long in storage.
It is more than likely that, at minimum, the entire braking system would need
to be overhauled, with all seals replaced, including the booster, if present.
Apart from that, it seems a high price for a car which needs to be tidied up
at least to return to road-going service. I would not expect to pay that much
for a similar car here in the UK, where prices are generally 50% higher than
in the US.
On the subject of UK vs US pricing, it may interest the list to know that
several companies are specialising in re-importing LHD cars from your sunshine
states for sale back in the UK. Even after conversion to RHD, they are still
able to show a profit, so your prices must be good. So if you see any bloody
limeys sniffing around your cars for sale, there's a good chance it could be
headed home, and lost to the US for ever.
