All Alpine colors seem to look good. Rootes definitely had a very good
"color" department. However I like some colors better then others. My least
favorite Alpine color is the gold used on the Series III. Many years ago I
didn't buy a very nice Series III because of that gold. I regret that
decision. My favorite colors are Moonstone and the light blue, but red and
BRG look great too. One of the worst colors I have seen on a Rootes car was a
blue-green used on the '69 Alpine and Alpine GT. My wife called ours
"rubbermaid green" because it looked like a dishpan color.
My least favorite color on any Alpine is "rust red"!

for money, they offered some unique paint schemes. That is why people still
