I found the problem in my horn that started this thread, left horn was missing, 
right horn would not sound, and had no power. have an aftermarket steering 
wheel, so horn wiper not in play. turns out the problem, was a bad connection 
at the wiper motor, that solved the horn mystery, and the no brake light 
problem. Leave it to the prince of darkness to feed the horns off the 
brakelight switch
