Frank:
You can easily make your own, and probably this is best, since you can
"custom fit" your bumpers. (I don't have mine off, at present).
The original was a piece of cast aluminum about 1" in diameter with a hole
slightly bigger than the bolt and about 1" in length. I would go to any
metal supply house and get a six inch piece of 1" aluminum round bar. and
center drill with a bit 1/64" or 1/32" larger than your bolts. Then just
saw off appropriate lengths to space the bumper safely clear of the body.
(you can use flat washers to temporarily fit and decide on length for left
and right). BTW, most plating shops also do straightening
