I see the dreaded coolant drip off the bottom of the bellhousing on my Series II and expect the back freeze plug needs to be renewed. I KNEW I should've replaced it when I had the trans and flywheel out a few years ago for a clutch job. I can remember laying under the car, looking at it, and thinking... "Naw, it looks OK". Darn. Is the plug a standard size, available at the local auto parts store, or will I need to order it? Are they available in brass? Gary Strom |
