Eric,
I dont think there is a site that lists such details, but
so as to spare you possible grief particularly with the engine,
stick with grade 8 fasteners and washers. In fact use
grade 8 throughout, you cant go wrong.
Also never use stainless on anything structural or suspension
related no matter how good it might look.
Put soft/wrong fasteners in the engine and you are in for
trouble.
You can pick up good fasteners at McFadden Dale "California",
stay away from stuff you buy in a generic hardware store,
